Schedule a Fingerprinting Appointment – Wisconsin

Our goal is to provide the applicant a fast, simple, convenient, and professional fingerprinting experience. We understand that the sooner the background check process is completed, the sooner you can become licensed or employed. Here’s how to get started:

- Have information with you such as your reason for being fingerprinted, payment method and requesting agency name.
- Click here to schedule an appointment or call us toll-free at (866) 416-4896.
- Arrive at the facility at your appointed time.
- Bring the following with you to your fingerprinting appointment: two forms of signature ID, one of which must be a state or federal-issued photo ID.
- The technician will scan your fingerprints and submit your data. This normally takes less than five minutes.
- You will receive a signed receipt at the end of your fingerprinting session which can be submitted to your agency for proof of fingerprinting, if needed.
- The results will be sent directly to the agency who required the fingerprint-based background check.
